Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. If you arrive before your room is ready, our team will be happy to store your luggage so you can begin exploring downtown Atlanta and Centennial Yards. Early check-in may be available based on occupancy but cannot be guaranteed.

Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room rate plus applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated in your booked offer. Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled departure date may also be charged one additional night's room rate and tax.

Yes. Hotel Phoenix is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces. A $750 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected in a guest room.

Registered guests may receive up to two packages per reservation within 72 hours of arrival. Packages must be labeled with the guest's name and arrival date and are subject to handling fees. For larger shipments or special delivery requests, please contact us before your stay.

Professional photography and videography require advance approval from the hotel. Approved sessions are available Monday through Thursday and are subject to location fees and operational guidelines. Please contact our Sales team for availability and requirements.

Yes. We welcome one dog per guest room weighing up to 50 pounds. A$250 non-refundable cleaning fee applies, and pet-friendly amenities including a dog bed and water bowl are provided. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are always welcome and are not subject to fees or size restrictions.

All suites are equipped with a sofa bed. Rollaway beds are limited, offered based on availability, and are not permitted in double bedded guest rooms. When available, rollaway beds are offered at a rate of $90 per night.
